Included Magnetic Sleeve for Overhead and Retrieval Tasks: The magnetic sleeve slides over the bit to significantly increase magnetic hold on screw heads, preventing drops when driving into ceiling joists or deep blind holes. It also doubles as a pickup tool for retrieving fallen screws from inside electrical panels, ductwork, or between floorboards.
